I bought a sleeper couch at ok furnishers last year with installment, at the day of delivery the was no one at the house as I was at work so they left it with the neighbor so I got home and found that the couch was not in good condition so I reported the matter and since they have been promising to call me but they don't, the only thing they did was they once came and fetched the couch and returned it the very same way they took it nothing was done it and yet they expect a payment every month .wearers am a unhappy customer, what I want is for them to give me a new sleeper couch that's all
