I re-newed my cell phone contract with mtn through nashua mobile and i upgraded to what i thought was a very good smart phone.
3 days after i bought it it slipped out my hands and onto the carpet, i was sitting on the bed at the time, and when i picked it up the lcd screen was broken it was just black even tho the screen itself and the phone was unmarked!
i have been told by nashua mobile and samsung that the cost of the repair will be for my pocket!!
i realise i dropped it but why should i pay hundreds of people drop their phones on a daily basis and all that happens is a scratch but my screen breaks!!!
all i want is for my phone to be fixed by them as this is a manufacturing fault and not from my mistake
