On 7 May 2013, Mrs. Justice Pretorius granted an interim order, inter alia in the following terms:
That QUICK SERVE HOME SERVICES, LESTON MOODLEY and K LAKOOR are interdicted from rendering any services as an authorized person in terms of Act 85 of 1993, as read with Regulation 17 of the Pressure Equipment Regulation, as published in the Government Gazette No.32395 on 15 July 2009.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT QUICK SERVE HOME SERVICES, LESTON MOODLEY and K LAKOOR ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS SAFETY ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH AFRICA AND MAY NOT RENDER ANY SERVICES UNDER ITS NAME OR USE ITS TRADEMARKS OR NAME.
