I recently acquired my Samsung S4 through cell c on the 27th of April 2013. A week later my phone starting to drop signal. No one can get through to me because of this issue Cell c said that it would take 21 days to repair the phone which is totally unacceptable. They can't even provide me with a loan phone. I owned many phones before and never experienced any problems like this. This phone suppose to be the leader in its segment, but can't even do the basic thing of providing a stable signal. I would never recommend another Samsung product to anyone. I regret not opting for the IPhone 5 instead. I currently using my 4 year old blackberry which still has an excellent an stable signal.
