BAD SERVICE DELAY IN SERVICE REPAIRS

Serial number # 107skxl0032.
My TV was booked in for a repair due to manufacturing fault, on 6413.its the 3513 and when I enquired about when ill be getting my tv as it is a month later, a Mrs Lydia's attitude was - that we can get the tv unrepaired; along with Lydia, Natasha, Naseef and Clinton the tech manger attitudes where all unacceptable. They didn't know what happened to my tv. one states its done waiting pick up, the other states its needs a part, the other states it payment errors. They were unprofessional and didn't know how to treat me as a client and I still have no TV... and no ANSWERS.
This matter will be escalated and please take in to acconutn all the money I spent on follow up and driving to the store, this is pathetic and unacceptable
