Freebird furniture bad business

I have placed an order with Freebird Furniture on the 1-07-2013 which was emailed to zesty events (contact information that was provided). I received an invoice from Nicci (working for Zesty events) which we sent our proof of payment too, as per their policy that payment first needed to be received before manufacturing starts.
We had to follow up and only receiving a response on the 28th August - Doreen informed that there is a delay in the manufacturing of the furniture. On the 2 September 2013 Doreen sent out a shortlist and also asked that we had to reply to [Email Removed] regarding any queries. On the 7 October we received an email stating that she will not be proceeding with the manufacturing of the rest of the furniture and that we have to please send our banking details so that she can refund us our money (also stated that they will start with the refunding by the 21 October 2013). As of date we have not received our money back. Only contact details we have are for Zesty events (as on all the emails) and Doreen does not reply or answers her phone. Nicci states that she is no longer part of Freebird, and cannot be held responsible, to which we disagree.
