I needed to buy 3 queen & 6 single duvet cover sets with the same design. Lydia offered to assist and checked on the store system that the items were in stock. Then, using a ladder, Lydia checked behind every item on the linen shelves until she had found me everything I needed in my chosen design. She did this whilst also assisting other customers who requested help. Thank you Lydia for not only going the extra mile to keep the customer happy, but doing so with patience, courtesy and a smile.
