My LCD TV broke and the repairers arranged to get a depreciation amount for a replacement unit. This process took a very long time as the lady (Portia) that assisted me was incompetent as she wanted me to pay more for the new TV that what it costs in the shop. This went back and forth for sometime as I complained that this quote could not be correct. Eventually, Portia called me to say that she had been making a mistake the entire time and gave a me quote of circa R5000 which I was then happy with. She requested me to make payment asap and she was getting flak from her bosses around my case. I duly did so expecting my TV to be delivered. The payment went through on the 5 Mar 2013. It is now the 2 May 2013 and I have still not received my TV. Portia and her supervisor Lebo Hlongwane never seem to be available to take my call. On the odd occasion when I do get through to either of them I get the same response - that they have sent an email requesting stock. I cannot believe that there is no stock of the TV at Samsung headquarters for the past 2 months It has been almost two months since that Samsung has had my money and is now amounting to.
