Appalling Service

My panasonic tv, under warrenty at the time, has been in an out for nearly 6months since Aug 2012 with an intermitted problem that no one seems to be able to fix! I live 300km away and am now at the end of my tether as its been booked in since 15 April 2013 and still no answer from any representative.
Phoning the national callcentre in George is useless as messages are left but no one gets back to me! I've demanded the branch's direct number, but that phone just rings! It appears that the Rivonia branch has now completely shut down! That might explain why no one cant get back to me or fix my tv!
My warrenty has since expired and I'm left with a broken tv set that sits somewhere on a shelf in Rivonia and I'm staring at my aquarium in my living room! Come one, if you can't fix it, have it out with panasonic and replace it, but for heaven's sake, just keep the customer informed of the progress!!!
