OUR PREMISES RELOCATED & WE NEEDED OUR LINES TO BE MOVED. WE HAVE A PRIVATE SWITCH BOARD, SO THE ONLY WAY TO BOOK AN ORDER WITH TELKOM IS THROUGH PANASONIC PRETORIA. IT IS NOW ALMOST 3 WEEKS WITHOUT LINES AND WE ARE USING CELLPHONES FOR BUSINESS USE. TELKOM SAY THEY CAN NOT HELP ME; EVERYTHING MUST GO THROUGH THE PANASONIC OFFICE. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE A PRIVATE PABX PLEASE DON'T PHONE PANASONIC PRETORIA (GECKO OFFICE SOLUTIONS) TO HELP, THEY WON'T EVEN IF IT IS URGENT!
