In Nov 2012, i had an ET gate motor installed, i immediately started having problems it. The installer replaced the PCB. In Dec i started experiencing problems again, this time ET tech replaced the motor. The problem starts yet again. In Jan 2013, i contacted Gus the manager for Dbn. He said that it is not his problem, although te motor is from his branch, he didnt care. In terms of the new CPA i want a refund as the supplier has no clue on customer service and the product is rubbish
