The Worst Service By Fa

I went to iStore Eastgate on 01.05.2013 for help with my FaceTime App on my MacBook Air. A gentleman showed me the service counter where a guy behind the counter just totally ignored me for a full 10 minutes and never ever acknowledged my existence. After 10 minutes, I made a comment on the pathetic service the place had, so he causally strolled around the counter and asked what's the problem. No introduction, no greeting, no smile and no enthusiasm for helping customers. His English was of poor quality or he just did not want or help as my problem did not get sorted and he could barely explain in simple English why. I walked out from there wasting my time. Apple who prides themselves on such good products everyone loves, there service is appalling. When I walked out, he just casually strolled back behind his counter not even phased that a customer is unhappy. It's almost like "we don't care about you" service. I would think twice about purchasing an Apple product with this type of after sales service.
