Damelin do not have books or Handbooks

I enrolled my son for NTC Motor on the 28th of January 2013. I paid the full amount of R5490.00 on the same day.
I was told the books will be with us within 4 weeks.
Well... 8 weeks later, we have received only 5 of the 11 books.
On the 5 Feb 3 books were delivered Engineering Exam pack and study guide and Motor Trade study guide - NO HANDBOOKS... so my son can do nothing yet???
After an email to Lindokuhle Mahlangu on the 27th Feb 2013 we received 2 Handbooks (Motor trade and Mathematics). Now my son can do Motor trade (1 of the 4 subjects).
After numerous emails to Lindokuhle and Donovan Chetty I have had NO feedback.
When will my son be able to do his assignments and study and write exam???
I paid for these books 2 months ago??
Will I have to pay enrolment again next year if my son cannot get through the work??
WE WANT THE BOOKS!!!
