I will never recommend Damelin correspondence to anyone, this is not the 1st time i have complained. I submitted 2 assignments on 15 March 2013 for marking (overnight), they were only sent in for marking on 22 April, I have still not received results, I only get told they need 30 days for marking. ((it is already almost 90 days since I sent them). I also submitted an assignment on 1 May (overnight) this was only sent for marking on 23rd May. Once again when I ask for results all I get told is 30 days for marking, this is even when someone replies to my 20th e-mail or after so many phone calls. Why do I bother overnighting my assignments when it takes them a month to send it in for marking and a further 30 days to mark it??? These are my last assignments to receive my diploma, yet no one can confirm that I have done all the requirements to receive my diploma either. The call center doesn't have answers and no one replies to emails. The service is disgusting at Damelin.
