Requested urgent assistance but no feedback

I am currently applying for a position, but a copy of my matric certificate is needed to proceed with the application. Since the Education dept takes up to 10 weeks with a replacement copy, I contacted the Unisa student administration office. On the 16th April 2013, I was informed that the Unisa admin staff on presently on a national strike. I managed to contact the Cape Town branch on (021) 936-4114, and spoke to a temp by the name of Allison. Sh assured me that the matter will be handed to a permanent staff member who will attend to the matter on their return the same day. She also confirmed that since the records are stored electronically, it should not be difficult to assist me. I am yet to be contacted in this regard. Please provide urgent assistance in this regard.
