UNISA SERVICE UNACCEPTABLE

I am trying to help my fianc? register at UNISA. I personally paid the requested deposit, & I personally uploaded his matric certificate that was requested on the 29th of April.

He phoned Unisa (Pta) regarding the status of his application, & he received confirmation that Unisa has received everything they required, & that he should wait for the 3 June - 12 July period for the outcome of his application. The person he spoke to also gave him advice on the course he applied for as it was phasing out, & that he had a limited time to complete the course. He was also given the tel. nr. of the Unisa branch in Kby for easier communication as we live in the Northern Cape.

Last week, after severall emails & sms's, he was informed they did not receive his matric certificate, & I would need to apply again during the August '13 period???
As a new student at Unisa myself, I am losing my faith in the University which is negatively affecting my studies. Everything seems to be a struggle:

Late delivery of study guides, tutorial letter missing pages, wrong marks on MyUnisa, Lecturer not responding to email. the list goes on.

He has sent an email regarding application-ZERO RESPONSE!!!???
