Unisa does not deliver timetables and upon enquiry with the Professor I requested a copy of my time table only to be told i am writting in Pretoria yet my registration is for Florida. I went to Florida this morning to write only to be told that I need to report to Roodepoort. To make matters worse I sent the professor an email regarding the incorrect venue for my registration he requested proof of same and this was sent but I still dont have any feedback from this happen and due to this I did not write my exam. I have had no joy with UNISA or this person from the beggining of my enquiries. I need some one to intervene in this matter as I am f*cken tired of dealing with unrully and untrained staff from UNISA. The UNISA ombudsman line is always busy so is the Centre for Business Management. I phoned 012 352 4170/4335/4317/4318/4288 and for the professor 012 352 4294 no one answers their phones. UNISA is a useless college and does not take the needs of their students into consideration. I need Urgent feedback from the Deans Office or someone with a brain.
