Tried calling unisa a number of times and no one answered. Totally dissapointed and angry. Need to query my fees and i called this gentlemen gives me account department number and i tell him that no ine is answering he tells me keeo trying they might answer. But he is not sure if they will answer. This was at the DURBAN OFFICES. I am totally off at UNISA. How do we get assistance now. Even sent emails and no reponse. Have been trying from Wed 10 APRIL 2013 to date.
Please help.
