It's one week later and Intec has still done nothing to refund my deposit! They've send me a response on my previous complaint, but apparently they give the same response to everybody that has the same complaint as me.
Nobody has phoned or contacted me personally yet and I'm NOT satisfied with the way they handle customer complaints.
This is poor service and unecceptable. It seems as though they take their time to refund students because they benefit from the interest!
Seeing that I was told in December already that everything was aprroved and ready to make the refund, why do I still wait??
