Hopefully someone from UNISA will answer on this forum.
Since 27th of November 2012 I have not been able to register for additional modules. I wrote them three times before I had a response on the 4th of January (case number 12332NX18338). The issue was not rectified, and I responded many times after that. I also emailed ([email protected]); '[email protected]'; '[email protected]'; '[email protected]'; '[email protected]'; '[email protected]'; '[email protected]'; '[email protected]'
and had not had one response back from any of these. I also phoned every single number listed on the UNISA website, many times over, which was either not answered or engaged during the entire days office hours.
Your service is now dead, you have been able to upset me so that my company will no longer include UNISA in our training budget. This is honestly one of the most pathetically run companies in South Africa. Your service has deadlocked, and no-one takes responsibility for your pathetic action.
