No answer on all the phones from their internet

My husband did an online application to register for a diploma in Safety Management but as he tried to submit, he got a message saying that someone with his same details is on their records. yes he has been a student before more than 10 years ago and cannot remember his student number. He was then given an alternate e-mail address to send queries to. he obviously does not remember his student number anymore so we could not put subject as that but we put his name and ID and send a query to them a weeek ago. as of today no one has responded to that e-mail, we tried calling more than 5 different numbers for re-admissions, general queries and registrations, applications and most of them are always engaged and no answers on the ones that rings. I have been calling for the whole week everyday and this is now pathetic!! all we need to know is what must he do from here as he was a student before, registration is closing now in April and no one can be reached at Unisa.
