I applied at Unisa for the first time electronically (as advertised) where I uploaded my documents and followed the whole process on the internet. This was done on the 5th April. I also sent them proof of my admission fee, with the subject being my student number. This is when my nightmare once again started. Firstly, the contact numbers on your website stays engaged. NONE of them works, morning to evening. I have been trying every day to get through to someone, just to tell me whether my application was successful, and what the process is going forward. I sent Unisa an email, and no responds! The closing for the applications is today (19th April), and beware your souls, if I do not qualify, and no one had the decency to tell me. I want to know if you received my documents and my R100, and I want to know how do I register for the qualification, and how I need to do this. I am not a student out of school that you can generalise your treatment to. I want someone to call me. Not EMAIL me, CALL me. Don't send me one of your emails saying thank you for nothing. You call me; otherwise, I will make sure my experience is publicised. Student Num 54046785
