Financial cancellation

Went to submit my assignments on myunisa and got a notice saying modules were financially cancelled. I received no notice top settle my account at all. How is it possible that they have no functionality built into their billing system to remind students? I have paid the outstanding balance but it seems the systems only automatically remove modules but is unable to reinstate them.
Tried calling some of your contact numbers but surprisingly there was no answer.
In addition to this the 1 module I completed first semester last year was placed under the wrong qualification. After many weeks of waiting I received an email saying they could not sort the problem out and had to escalate the query. Seriously?
As a university you should be helping and encouraging your students, not things up and then expect us to spend hours chasing after you trying to fix it.
