I have completed the last module required for the completion of my qualification. On the website it stills shows my qualification to be "incomplete"? As this is a national diploma qualification I need to have this sorted out before moving on to the B-Tech. I wanted to register for the fisrt two modules (semester Modules) for teh second semester 2013 in order to simplify my studying for next year. I also need to finalise the national diploma qualification as this is keeping up my promotion at work.
To date I have tried numerous times to contact Unisa (Both by Mail and by the noted telephone numbers) but I have had no feedback to date. It realy seems as if Unisa does not care about their students at all. The numbers provided just keeps on ringing day in and day out. I would like to have this issue resolved before ASAP as I do not want to miss the registration dates.
Maybe I should rather try and do my Degree from a different university??
I am very very dissapointed with the service from this establishment. They are supposed to be the service leaders???
