RUDE, Cannot even listen to what you have to say

I called to receive information about the graduation, and enquire about the number of people that can attended, i then asked if it would be okay for another person to attended... i did not even finish my sentence, she then said NO very rudely and put the phone down.

I have had endless problems with this campus!!!

And now i have just had enough!!!
