I requested for my student account to be cancelled and closed due to unemployment 3 months ago and every week when i phone in to check up on the status, I keep getting promised that the "manager of the financial department" will approve closing my account that same day and cancel it. I refuse to pay for a course that i cancelled a long time ago. I was told that this Financial Manager has the necessary proof documents from me to prove unemployment, whyyy are you stalling and my money every month still? I've followed the procedure, why won't you? I formally request being credited the money being deducted from me these past 3 months and cancel any future debits. I have cancelled your debit order and will go straight to your head office regarding this breach of contract. I want a manager to contact me by e-mail to fix this.
