To whom it may concern
I am a Unisa student studying in South Korea. I wrote three exams last year during October and November, 2012. There was a "mix up" with the posting of our exams back to South Africa which resulted in a long delay of our exams being marked. Nevertheless I received my results in January 2013 for two of my exams except for the one. The exam is COS1511 and it's been 5 MONTHS SINCE I WROTE MY EXAM!!! I don't know who to email and the people I have emailed either don't reply or just refers me to someone else. I'm starting to think they have lost my exam which I don't know how that could be possible! Please just help me to get my mark.
