Unisa is one of the top 5 institutes on this website with the most complaints. This does not surprise me.
I have read MANY of the complaints other students have had on this website and they are all very similar: ignoring requests, incorrect marking etc
During May/June 2013 I received a FAIL for my exam paper, MNG301A. This was absurd. I was certain I passed this exam with a possible distinction let alone a complete fail.
In July, I applied for a recheck. It is now September and I have yet to hear from UNISA.
I have had to re-register for the module and pay for it which is unacceptable.

I would have thought that that alone would encourage UNISA to attend to my problem.
I have emailed various sources on UNISA's side asking for my recheck asap, including the Executive Dean for College of Education. Still no reply.
This is infuriating and I am now suffering and literally paying for Unisa's mistake. I am CERTAIN I passed this exam.
