I requested UNISA for a re-mark on exam papers for ACN 3084 and AUE302. The form was completed and sent to them in June 2013 along with my 2 x fee of R135.00 per subject. UNISA debited my account with the fees a day or two later. Thereafter i sent numerous emails to query the re-mark but to no avail (Remember that you cannot phone them anymore. Only emails and then you get no response whatsoever) i am almost due to re-write these subjects without knowing the outcome of the re-marks.
Not sure what to do anymore!!! This is grossly affecting my studies. I would just like to have a response and a result from the re-mark. That is if they did not misplace my exam papers.
