Getting no feedback or calls answered

I have been trying to contact the call centre to verify when my module will be added that I registered for on 28 Feb. I am also trying to contact the financial department as I have been charged reinstatement fees for subjects but when I enquired about it last year all was fine and settled. Any help would be appreciated.
