I paid for my registration over a month and half ago but i have not received any study material. Im a CTA student and im even writting a test this saturday but i still have not received a single study guide from UNISA. Fine i understand that sms's were sent that study material will be delayed due to the post office strike but why should that be made my problem. I paid they should deliver. I called in to the despatch department and they said they will courier within two days. Ok! so why was it not done a month ago??!! They say u have the option to download the study material on myunisa but its not for free. I need my study material yesterday not two days from now.
