I enrolled with Damelin 30.11.12. Received the 1st lot of study material 2wks later. On the picking slip it showed I received a certain book, but i indeed did not. I informed the college and did what was asked from me. It's Jan2013 I stil didn't receive that specific book. To make matters worse, I called into the callcentre requesting for a tutor to contact me. I was told it would tke up to 72hrs for a tutor to get back to me. 6 days later I'm still waiting. i received more study material for the free course, but it was for the incorrect course. I called them to tell them about this mistake. First they make me look like im the fool that made the mistake and after a long wait they let me know that the there was a typing error on their side. I sent my cancellation letter via fax 18.12.12. I just had enough of all the drama and was totally demotivated. Natatlia Davids contacted me on 07.01.13 to let me know she is looking at my cancellation. She would call me back later that day or early the next day. I had to call her 10.01.13. My conversation with her just left me feeling more angry and frustrated. Seems like Damelin College is holding a gun to my head, that I have to continue.
