So first I was registered a day after a first assignment had to be given in. My mylife email doesn't want to log in as it is the wrong password and I know I never changed it. My books are late, I have courier on UNISA but they send it via post and there is apparently a strike and the systems are forever down. I have also requested a remark for one of my subjects the day I got my results and now I have to rewrite it and my remark has not been done nor have I received an answer to the email requesting it. I am sick and tired of always having to pull on the shortest end by UNISA. I miss an exam by 2 mins because of a real crisis and proof of the crisis I was in and was not granted to go in even when the papers were not handed out yet. Why can UNISA come and go but when we are 2mins late we suffer and loose money! I don't want to pay to not receive text books and student files, We pay allot of money to study at UNISA! What is going on. Second time I have problems with them.
