Enquiries regarding refund not anwered!

I tried to apply for honours but was unsuccessful due to an invalid selection of modules. This means that I am NOT registered and should be credited.
I have been trying to find out how to apply for a refund since then but none of my emails have been answered.
I tried calling the telephone number for student account enquiries but no-one answered the phone.
I urgently need a response!
