On 14th May i lodged a complain re the pathetic service from Damelin, after lodging a complaint re my assignments I eventually received feedback from Donovan 011 712 2219 (no answer on this nr) on 15th May, of which he mentioned that my last assignment will be delivered, that has taken place and at the same time I requested Donovan to post my assignment which takes up to 6-8 working days.
I called Damelin today 11 June 2013 and they confirmed no request for posting my Certificate has been done.
How pathetic, do I need to lodge Hello Peter complaints monhtly just for assistance from Damelin.
This is the last institution I would ever want to study again with.
