Hi, This is so frustrating. I cannot log into my life email account. I haven't used it for such along time and trying to recover my password is a waste of time. I have tried on many occasions to recover the account, spoke to Microsoft and tried many different options. Now Microsoft has come back and said that they cannot recover my account at all. So what now??? Can u not change my information to a new account. Please don't tell me i must go to the "New and simplified myLife and myUnisa joining process" as I have done this as well and get the following message - "The initial UNISA login for this student number was previously accessed. If you cannot remember your password, please use the Forgotten UNISA Password feature for assistance." MyUnisa is not the problem here, its the my life email account. So can u explain to me how am I going to complete my assignment without getting the information in my email which i actually need
