I am student at unisa and was registered for one module 2nd semester of last year, I have maintained a credit balance for the duration of last year and when I made payment towards this year's registration, an amount to " re-instate" my studies was deducted. I was NEVER notified of my studies being cancelled, I was never notified of my account being in arrears, I sent an email to UNISA on the 20th of Dec last year, then again yesterday. I have tried over 67 times to get in contact with Mr Lesabe who apparently handles queries, and have gotten NO answer from him.
Is there nobody else who can assist as it is close to impossible to leave work to go to Unisa over a simply admin issue!
Can somebody at UNISA please, please ASSIST!
