I am so sick if UNISA, I have called nearly everybody there regarding two of my courses whereby I never received my study material that I have paid for. I had an two assignments due last week on the forth of March for ENN103and ENG1511, I have been in contact with 20 people to help me regarding this issue and to date no help but they keep on refering me to myunisa do these ppl think an average person has access to the internet. I payed for those books they are mine and should have had them by now I cannot afford extra money to go print a booklet of 200 pages where as I paid for that book.
As I realised that I was fighting a losing battle I decised to doownload the guide guess what the file was corrupted and I called again and no SORRY or anything the lady just said I am not in her list of complains but she will email me the booklet "really" and they refused point blank to extend their cut off date for both coarses, and now second assignments are due I wonder what will happen and exams are on the way and haven't started to study since I have nothing to study with, UNISA if u r failing bring me my R3500 back please, if the post office is on strike you knew about it.
