No unisa study material recieved!!!

i have been registered for semester 1, 2013 and i havent recieved any study material at all. i phoned unisa, they say any tracking of it 'cant be found', the semester has already started, i havent recieved anything but my student card and assignment dates through mail. my assignments are due soon. and i havent recieved a study guide or anything, this is seriously unacceptable, how am i suppose to study?? can some one please help???
