Since I have enrolled with Intec, it was a nightmare of note. At first they did not send all my study material required and I had to beg for assistance. Then within a year I have only received my books and thereafter I have noticed that the one study book consists of half pages. Not even to mention that the pictures in the books are black. I suppose one need to imgaine what is in the picture blocks. Then this incompetent organisation ignores my request for a debit order. After various emails to request the correct account details, they informed me that they had a problem with their account system. The next moment I receive a sms I am late with payment. Although I have struggled to request for the account details, they have handed me over to NCRA as a late payer. Intec has made my life. I will never enroll with this ridicules institution agtain.
