I registered with unisa, thinking that they would credit me for subjects done previously at another institution, however I did not realize what a lengthy process this would be. I sent in the appropriate exemption form, as well as course content to support the subjects that I applied credits for last year November 2012. I have phoned numerous times and the offices either do not answer or they have no information for me.
I can only apply for the next semester once I know what subjects I have been granted credits for. This is extremely important as I have worked very hard to pass those subjects in the previous institute only to be ignored by unisa.
Please can someone attend to my case urgently
