No Response. No Feedback. And too late!

I registered with UNISA on the 6th of December 2012. At the same time I selected additional study units as well as submitted an application for credit exemptions due to previous studies. None of these queries were responded to. I then submitted numerous emails (as this is the only method to try to contact UNISA as no one answers the phones) with no luck.

I finally got hold of a person with respect to credit exemptions and she says that she sees my application but I need to provide more information from my previous university and then it will take 6 - 8 weeks to process. But don't worry, I'll get a full refund! The point of the application was to do additional credits so now as registration closes end of this week, I am stuffed! But UNISA doesn't care!

Secondly, I then get a response from UNSIA student advisory for my application to do additional credits, only to be told I am above the limit of subjects I can study in one semester. Is that not my choice? Also, If I pay (which I have) and fail the subjects because of overload that is my fault. At the very least investigate and don't just tell me I have registered for too many credits! Why then allow me the option to even apply!
