They placed an amount on my credit card on hold and said the amount will be released after credit check by the consultant sold me the product as it would be a monthly fee that will be paid for this Product. But they took the entire amount out of my bank account and i have informed my bank about this matter and also have my Legal team on this matter..
Can't believe how they can do business and i have lost my complete trust in the company and the product.
I am sure there is a 7day cool of period after purchasing any product or services, but after spoken to Wimpie customer service and trying to get hold of the Director of this company i have received no response.
