UNISA'S LACK OF SERVICE

As a institute of Education their standards are seriously lacking!!! My name is Nicole, I have registered for 10 modules and today i received ONE of the module's study material. Last year there was a module i didn't even receive the study material for!!! WHY THE AM I PAYING??? I had to write an exam last semester on a module i never even received any books for!!! When i tried phoning dispatch this morning (0124296561; 0124294954; 0124292620) as is common there was no answer and the lines merely rang. After calling the Durban branch which also just rings and then cuts off, i called the PMB branch where the receptionist yelled at me that they were having problems with their systems. I don't see how that prevents them from answering a phone but i guess any excuse will do. I am disgusted with the level of incompetency I have to deal with! All we as students want is to receive the study material for the modules we registered for and had to PAY for in good order and in a timely fashion, yet even this task seems too complicated for Unisa to be able to do. Unisa is breaking the spirits of their students daily by making every aspect of their studies an uphill battle!!!
