Bad response and service

We are trying to get a child registered for grade 12, and are just being sent from pillar to post and do not get any feed back or response on any communication what so ever. We are already in the 3rd month of the year, and we do not have an invoice for the grade 12 payment, needless to say no books. I feel this is absolutely unacceptable, as we are talking about a child's education, this is not a drivers license that can just be postponed. I am shocked by the way private education institutions are handling registrations, and just does not seem to care. Numerous attempts to call and email have been made, and no one responds. This is a disgrace to the educations of this country.
