Exclusive Online Trading (Janus Henning)

We purchased a trading system from Mr Janus Henning "Exclusive Online Trading ". Mr Janus Henning sold the product to us claiming we pay for a Trading Platform (which we have since found out is free), initial installation as proof is attached for one of his other clients and ongoing support. According to his accusation below we therefore pay R15000-00 for a Trading Program which is free with downloads on the internet. Mr Henning has not provided initial installation, nor support, nor any CD's or documentation manuals.

When he phoned us on 26th of June 2013 to request funds he assured us if we were not satisfied with the product, he would personally pay us back. Funds were taken on 26th June 2013. Tracking number sent on 17th July 2013. When I called him on Monday 22 July 2013 to request our money back he said it is fine, we must just mail him. 23 July 2013 was a different story. He has deleted us from his Skype account We have therefore tried to reason with him just to give our money back, but he refuses.
