I have enrolled my two kids at Impak on 9 January 2013 and paid a deposit of R3700.00 on 11 January. After much frustration I was informed that my one child cannot be registered due to a missing birth certificate number. Because of this admin issue, I have decided to cancel the registration on 18 January. Well, good luck in trying to get your money back from these people.

Not even after numerous emails, hours of failed attempts to get through to an actual person via their call centre and even a direct visit to their office in Centurion have I succeeded in getting my money back. Their empty promises hold no water... It is unbelievable that people entrusted with the education of our children can be this incompetent.
I am just very glad that I have moved early enough to spare my family a year of frustration with this institution. My next stop? The National Credit Regulator.
