First of all my child was failed grade 9 and these people are impossible to get hold of to get any straight answers you go to a call centre and all they tell you I that someone will get back to you which never happens
After seeking other avenues of education for my son the new school informs me that the subjects that my son took were incorrect such as tourism and hospitality and he was supposed to in grade 9 still take the 9 standard subjects. I have paid big money to be told that the subjects taken were not even correct subjects and then they go and fail my son. This poor child is sitting at home still and no-one knows what to do or what is the way forward and I believe due to other sources which was never disclosed to me as parent that a concession has been applied for ; for over 340 grade 9 students.
What is the way forward the fight continues and still no joy from Impak/Delta???
Save yourself a great deal of pain and frustration and seek other avenues of education
