My child wrote in midyear exams in 2012. Since then I am trying to get her results. I first tried the Polokwane branch (Free 2B Me) where she wrote the exams. They said it was in their archives at their house. They will let me know when the fetched it. 2 weeks later they told my wife they will e-mail in within 3 days. 3 weeks later I contacted the area branch manager (Riana Smit). She could not help me. The child was in Richardsbay also at Impak, and they also does not supply the results of the childs exams. The child is now just sitting at home because we don't have the results and the people that wants to assist her with education wants the results. The frustration is also that everybody at Impak, from head office down to branches' is just ignoring the e-mails.
