I have enroll for a course in december 2012 for diploma in financial accouting .. the policy is that the study material will be received in 14 to 21 working days since you have received your student number. I have received my student number on the 19/12/2012... They say they had problem with the suppliers and send out a email to all students but I never received mine. All my details are correct at the college. I have phone 26 times since 03/01/2013 to hear when I will received my books but every time it is a different story... I am really stress out and need helpI dont know what to do any more. I have phone today 13/02/2013 again just to hear I am on the urgently list but they cant tell me when I will received my books...
